Pick a better theme #24

This top menu isn't really working: image It is all crammed up on smaller screens.

Also there is lots of wasted margin space on the left.

There are various issues posted to the pydata theme repo about how the top nav bar doesn't handle larger table of contents and there are no real options to adjust that (it seems). Also the empty space on the left side sorta sucks.

I've switched to https://github.com/bashtage/sphinx-material/ in https://github.com/moorepants/learn-multibody-dynamics/pull/30

There is also this https://github.com/jbms/sphinx-immaterial which could be a more up-to-date maintained version of the bashtage one. Maybe I will switch to that sometime in the future.
