Topics are listed from 0 in the top_terms_by_topic, but are listed from 1 in the biplots.

Since all the output except the biplots is zero-based, the biplots are now zero-based as well. (251b265fb412eadaf171930cec3ef1140c4d1ba1)

Eventually, we should make everything 1-based.
