Update FamixJavaVisitor #764

fix #763

This is an update of the FamixJavaVisitor that includes the main modification of the metamodels

I used using https://github.com/badetitou/Pharo-Utils to perform the update (I think it is the tool that was used long time ago)

issues for FamixCpp and Fortran seems unrelated to the fix to me
