Questions on Generics meta-model #773

I started to document the meta-model for generics (https://modularmoose.org/moose-wiki/Developers/predefinedEntities#genericity) because it is a difficult one.

But there are still some points needing clarification:

There should be some compositions (eg. TParametricEntity <>-- TGenericParameterType, and TParametricEntity <>-- TConcreteParameterType
a TGenericParameterType should be related to only one TParametricEntity (composition)
any JavaType can be used as a TConcreteParameterType, but I don't think this is true, only JavaClasses should used there
I believe a TParameterConcretization should be related to only one TConcretization
