Add refresh button in browsers #1000

Sometimes we are executing code that updates the content of a model but the browsers do not refresh since no announcement is raised. For example, if you create tags or tag entities.

In those cases it might be nice to have a refresh button in the toolbar of the tools so that we can avoid to close and reopen the tool

I though this would be easy but it is not :( I'm fighting with it for a while. I tried to send the #update method but some browsers are just losing some components while I do that :(

I seems that the propagated elements are not there anymore after a refresh
