Architectural: Make tooltip useful #1024

Display the kind of entities in the tooltip and the tag names (for the children and the tags directly on the entities)

I can see the case where we want to see the tags of an entity in the visualization But I can also see many other cases where there are no tags and we would like to see something else in the tooltip...

I added some info that were important for my work with Imen. If other information could be nice in other cases we can also see to add them. And if there are too much we can make it configurable
