MooseInspector does not propagate FMSlotMultiValueLink #1067

the inspector only offers propagating MooseGroups

But when visualizing an entity (eg. a class) and selecting its children (methods) we get a FMSlotMultiValueLink.

It would be nice to be able to propagate it with the "Propagate" button. Currently we need to evaluate self miPropagate on this collection
