Query Browser should open dialogs instead of tiny tooltips #1072

In the query browser, we have sometimes the need to provide some options such as the type of a type query.

This currently opens a tiny tooltip like windows that we need to scroll and it's hard to interact with it.

I propose that we open instead a dialog or a modal that will display the presenter in a way that is better for the user.
