migrate the chooser from the tag browser to use the spec one #236

Now this is not possible because Moose 9 uses Pharo 9. The new chooser: SpChooserPresenter is available in Pharo 10, not Pharo 9.

Yes, this is still relevant. But the issue is not clear. I will close this and open a new one with a better description.
