Rename classes with abbreviations in the names #988

I tried to find some classes about disctribution maps but that was hard because the names of those classes have "DM" in the name instead of "DistributionMap".

This is the same for DependencyStructuralMatrix.

I propose to remove the abbreviations from the names to make it more explicit.
