Baseline seems to be reloading all of Moose #7

On a fresh Moose-11 image from this morning.

Loading the default configuration of MoosePy seems to be reloading everything (FAME, Famix, RoelTyper, ...)

Moose PY is the project for Famix Python, so it should not need to reload FAME or FamixJava, or RoelTyper, ...
