does not create new logfiles #37

The Mooshimeter does not create new logfiles. It appends new log sequences to the existing LOG000.CSV

The Mooshimeter creates a new log file if you turn logging off and on again from the app. If logging is left on and the SD card is removed and replaced, the meter assumes it is recovering from a write error so it appends where it left off.
