User story ✅ As a visitor, I want to support content creators financially so that they continue to share their insight and experience.

As a website owner, I want to provide premium content to users who have web monetization turned on so that they get to benefit from financially supporting me.

Notes This is more of a gimmicky feature to play with a new web API.
