make changes for RDFI vs ODFI #121

Why Are Changes Being Made

We find it confusing that ODFI technically meant "incoming" and that outbound technically meant "Generated by us" so I thought it would be the right step to start refactoring around the ODFI/RDFI concept that is generally well understood

This PR would make your Folders in S3, gcs etc

I'm going to work on a PR for this change. A few packages will need to be split rather than renamed.
