updating for Orchard 1.10.1 #13

Hello again @peterkeating! This is a new PR to supersede #12

Beyond updating compatibility for Orchard 1.10.1, we made a minor restructuring change that makes using this module as a git submodule easier; essentially just by moving everything up a level into the repository root (as opposed to having a dedicated ActiveDirectoryAuthorization folder). Hope that's OK.

Let us know if there's anything else we can do to make this PR acceptable.

how can get this changes for version 1.10.1?
