add geocoding - go to #10

It would be nice to have a go to function:

- by address (geocoding)
- by coordinate
- by wgs84 coordinate (for ex read from another gps)

The navigation view in JGrass, which hopefully will soon go to udig, contains 
support for geonames. Not as geocoding, but at least something.

Navigation view is now in uDig. 
Also you can browse by coordinate by pasting the coordinate into the coordinate 
mouse tracker right below the map. It will zoom you to the position.
