rotate button in geonote paint doesn't work #53

The "rotate right" button in geonote paint tab doesn't work

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. open a geonote 
2. draw something in paint tab
3. push the "rotate right" button

the rotate button is for the background image only. Removed from the paint tab.
