Multiple issues as of meeting 2010/10/14 in ARPA

For the record issues that were identified during a meeting at ARPA in date 
2010/10/14:

== Gps ==
* in gps settings always show NMEA if connection is ok
* double points inside the database

== Geonote ==
* keep geonotes on top of windows
* opengeonote detached if double click on fieldbook
* delete all: prompt for deletion
* delete: rubber icon/pen icon
* check error on geonote drag (can't reproduce)

== Style ==
* error on removal of all style and apply

== Other ==
* check size of linux scale combo
* save in layer preferences the used color mask transparency for raster
* layers added to scratch should have (1) number if already existing

== Export Gpx ==
* export gpx/shp filname filter
* order of exported points is wrong

== Progetto ==
* create interceptor to create database for project (had to create a new 
project wizard for beegis)
* add export to the main menu as "save as".

== Gps Photo Sync ==
* check button instead of radio

== Database ==
* startup error
