annotation pen width dependent on scale

The pen width of annotation tools is now not dependend on the view scale: when 
I change the scale view the width remain the same but the old sketch change in 
width when scale view is chanced, then I can hardly reproduce the same pen with 
during a work day. It could be a interesting improvement have the possibility 
of lock the width with the scale (as a users choice).

Hmmm, I noticed in my test while bugfixing. But didn't it use to be fixed? Or 
was that just a thing we put in the image editor? I am a bit confused.

No, in the annotation it always works in the same way. On the contrary, I don't 
remember how it works in the image editor
