Strange behaviour of form editor properties.

I've a strange problem with form editor. The properties window doesn't work 
properly 'cause show the wrong properties. The properties is different whne I 
select the widget after I've selected another widget or the dashboard.

I was finally able to reproduce it. It is due to the editor being opened before 
explicitly selecting a layer. In that case it doesn't seem to pick the layer 
properly.
