Recognize macOS Big Sur and Apple Silicon.

@BenKnigge I was about to write this patch as well, looks like several people thus-far have already done the same.

Can we merge this into mainline pretty please. 😄

Hi all, I recently switched from amd64 to Apple Silicon and rely on gvm quite heavily. What else needs to be done for this to work and exist in the mainstream? Is there anything that I can do to help speed this along?
