several gvm commands failing #478

running gvm use results in gvm blowing out my PATH env var, so I end up with a bunch of command not founds:

command not found: date
command not found: awk

gvm implode results in:

gvm_implode:read:1: -p: no coprocess

looked at the FAQ for troubleshooting. Fixed it by removing ~/.gmv.
