Support External Album Art #17

Like "cover.jpg" or "folder.png" in the same directory as the media file. File names configurable, only if no embedded album art is found.

This would also be a nice workaround for the issues gstreamer 0.10 seems to have with images embedded in AAC files (iTunes).
