Remove "Folders" directory browsing #65

Browsing "Folders" somewhat duplicates the functionality provided by the Mopidy v1.1 file extension. The main difference is that file and local may have different media directory settings, so the local file hierarchy may not be accessible via the file extension. This needs to be resolved first.
