Fix #65: Remove file system ("Folders") browsing. #69

Already handled by the file extension in Mopidy v1.1. Having two "standard" extensions that basically do the same thing might confuse users, especially since they use different configs/media directories.

No idea what's wrong with the coveralls check here... @jodal, can you have a quick look at that?

Me neither. Coveralls seems generally broken these days. I unchecked the "Status API" part of the coveralls setup for this repo.
