tests: Update dummy audio layer to match Mopidy 3.4.0 #69

The tests fail now when run against Mopidy 3.4.0 because the dummy audio actor here has not been updated for it

I just copied it from the Mopidy repo since that seems to be what has always been done in the past with this file, but let me know if there is a more preferred way to handle this
