Feature Request: support for Soundcloud Search #13

Hey!

It would be great if the plugin supports the search of soundcloud (like the spotify plugin). E.g. https://soundcloud.com/search?q=naxxos

As for now (if not found in subscribed categories/playlists), I have to add wanted tracks to a playlist on Soundcloud webpage, then reload mopidy in order to update playlist.

Thanks for making support for Soundcloud though
