[bug?] plugin-name hyphen handling #3

problem

When plugin name as vim-xxx. Load guard variable and other plugin-name'ed info (ex. loaded_vim-xxx).

This is invalid.

solution

Replace underscore or join?

Replacing - by _ looks good.
