1 year ago @fiestajetsam thinks this overlaps a bit with #77 and #108. I agree (especially about #77).
None of these are tagged for immediate attention (before IETF 118). Is that going to be a problem?
In an email on Identifiers from @hardie, he described a use case that included what @kixelated characterized as "redundant ingest".
The use case @hardie described is under active discussion now, but we should figure out how to add this attribute to "Live Media Ingest", as we figure out what to do with that subsection of the draft.
