Peep or SubGroup? #612

518 (recently merged) uses "Peep" where the rest of the draft now uses "SubGroup"

Personally, I wouldn't mind going back to "Peep" since we seem to keep using that term conversationally, but either way, the draft should use one name or the other, not both.

The working group has aligned on subgroup as the nomenclature in the document. Of course mistakes happen but let's just correct them and move on.
