[Message View] Pull-down area placement is incorrect and also does not respond to rotation. #50

The pull down area on the Message View is spaced incorrectly. There is a gap between the edges and the screen on the left and right.

The pull-down area also does not layout properly, similar to bug #47 in the [Forum View]
