Whenever launching new or existing projects, I get this missing plugin window

"This project requires the 'VRExpansionPlugin' plugin, which has a missing dependency on the 'Mover' plugin.

Would you like to disable it?

If you do, you will no longer be able to open any assets created with it. If not, the application will close."

Last time I had to reinstall the VRExpansionPlugin, which is annoying to have to do every time. Wouldn't be as big of an issue, but even freshly installing this sample project causes the popup

Nevermind. I didn't realize the project had been updated for 5.4 yet. I assumed it was still on 5.3, which was the version I'm using. Switching to 5.3 locked had no issues
