Put clear button back at the bottom of the virtual controller

The way it is now pressing the clear button sadly takes quite a bit of time. 
It's supposed to be easily accessible and faster than clearing the buttons 
manually, that is often not the case when it is hidden in a submenu. The button 
combination isn't great either. To press it you need your right hand, meaning 
you have to take that off the mouse. 
That might seem like a nitpick, but when trying out a lot of angles and button 
combinations, it really adds up.

You can also just right-click and select clear.  Surely this isn't slower than 
hovering over a particular button and clicking.

Also, I'm going to change the hotkey to just "Del", I think that is still a 
logical behavior.

Marking this one done.  I can be convinced to revise that assumption with a 
good response.  I'd prefer a forum PM to notify me though, I dont' get notified 
on issue tracker responses unfortunately.
