Bizhawk still here after emulating N64 and "Exit key" has been pressed #292

Here is how to reproduce it:

- Configure a special "Exit key"
- Launch a N64 rom
- Press the exit key
- Bizhawk is hidden but in fact it's still here (check taskmanager)

It seems ok after adding a Close(); on Mainform.Shutdown(), but i don't know if 
it's a clean solution.

thanks for your deep study. it wasnt completely clean, but it was a good idea 
and saved me some time.
