Fix favorites list #32

The user favorites list is broken, as are the set/unset as favorite action.

Perhaps the first should be fixed and the latter two removed?

Had a look at this. TED are using oauth for authentication now and it is nontrivial (to me) to fix. This feature is unlikely to come back unless someone provides a patch.
