Adding an Eldritch Invocation and then removing it doesn't really remove it. #67

  1. Add an Eldritch Invocation like "Sculptor of Flesh
  2. "Remove it" by erasing the text on the Notes section. (is there another way to remove it?)
  3. Add a different Eldritch Invocation like "Tricksters Escape"
  4. Generate a new spell sheet, and you can see that you have both Polymorph and Freedom on Movement added to your spell list, as if you still have both of those Invocations.

Pretty sure this is by design, as removing the text doesn't actually flag the sheet memory with the change. To actually remove it, you need to uncheck the option in the dropdown.

DSBloom commented 6 years ago

Interesting. I don't have a check mark next to the Invocations I've chosen.

DSBloom commented 6 years ago

Ok, so it looks like if you:

  1. Add an Invocation.
  2. Remove just the text.
  3. The check mark disappears

So yes, this issue was me using the sheet incorrectly. I think to fix my sheet I need to re-add and then remove the offending Invocations.

DSBloom commented 6 years ago

Ok, I tried to do just that. With "sculptor of flesh" and it didnt work. I added the Invocation, but the check mark never appeared. I don't seem to be able to actually remove this Invocation. It still is giving me Freedom of Movement when I gen a spell sheet.

Thank you for reporting any issues you find with the sheets! The intention is that there is a checkmark in the 'Choose Feature' menu and that you remove something by clicking a check off item again in that menu.

This is indeed a bug in v12.999, assuming you are reporting about that version because you didn't mention a version number. The code in this Git has already been updated to remedy it. If you have access to the Patreon, you can find there a beta of v13 where this issue is fixed.

Excellent! Yes I was talking about version 12.999. I am a Patreon subscriber, so I will go get v13.

Thank you.
