Enemies have insane amounts of HP #114

It seems that if "Disable enemy HP tweaks" is enabled, enemies have absolutely insane amounts of HP, especially on Death Sentence.

The new gangsters in the new heist have this issue regardless.

Looks like the first part of the issue has always been like that (and it's to be expected, the option warns people about this).

The second part is however a real issue, the new gangsters didn't get their HP balanced yet, and they might not be headshottable either.
