GALIL bipod doesn't work #19

The Galil bipod that's on the default barrel doesn't work. It's supposed to be usable.

Fixed in d5fc8f5d676d7e6e25228099ea3e2735ef63b182. This feature used to require the "GALIL Bipod" mod, but this is now no longer necessary.
