I still don't know why this is happening. A good example is the AK-12, the two-round burst mod totally randomly gives it 90 accuracy instead of the base 80. There is absolutely no code anywhere that should be doing this, and it is indeed not correctly reflected in the Stats window either, raising the base accuracy without it being counted as a "mod".

The only thing I can think of is that some AK12 internal part isn't being counted correctly. Worst comes to worst I'll just deal with it or manually reduce the stats, but that's about it.

This fixed itself for literally no reason.
