feat! support for idcards #15

Experimental support

This should add support for

um_idcard
bl_idcard
qbx_idcard

Please note, this is experimental & will need testing If you find any issues with id_cards, please mention in the comments.

Using um_idcard, it won't let me get or use the um_idcard. No instructions on integrating the idcard with mtc-cityhall (only shows qb-cityhall)

i have tested your PR there is 1 problem its giving 2 id card when buying and 1 working another one not working
