What are the implications of data ownership and privacy if block/row and potentially spray diary information is shared with Wine Australia (WA)? Vendors have expressed concern that the situation is potentially ambiguous both within their own terms and conditions and with the WA project aims.

This should be included in the Data Governance component of the project however WA will need to work with individual vendors to ensure terms are aligned with project goals.
