[feat]: Add pinned posts #364

Description

I've noticed that some users need a PinnedPost feature, but I found:

  1. Past (https://github.com/morethanmin/morethan-log/pull/112) was not merged into the current version.
  2. Past (https://github.com/morethanmin/morethan-log/issues/361) has been completed in the repository of the author, but the author has not submitted a PR.

I also need to use this feature and would like to organize it.
