In Telegram Web K, you can edit the caption of a sent image, but it is not possible to edit/replace the image itself.

Similar to other platforms, it would be nice to have an option to replace sent images e.g. with edited/updated ones without needing to delete and re-send the message.

Desktop, Android and iOS versions provide such a feature. (Web Z also doesn't support replacing images.)
