[BUG] No local option for font tgico #261

Describe the bug When you block remote fonts, e.g. with a browser extension, you lose readability.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to web.telegram.org
  2. Log in
  3. Disable external fonts (e.g. with uBlock Origin)

Expected behavior The page should see no difference if the font "tgico" is installed.

I could add this, but it won't make much sense since icons are changed often.
