[BUG] Message forwarding to a group chat with topics breaks markup. #278

Describe the bug Message forwarding to chat with topics breaks markup.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Open a random chat
  2. Choose random message
  3. Open context menu of the message
  4. Click on "Forward"
  5. Choose a group chat with topics
  6. [You can see that message bar has breaks markup, also you cannot choose the concrete topic]
  7. Press ENTER
  8. [Your message has sent to the # General topic]

Expected behavior After paragraph 5 should open a menu with choice topic. Also message bar should'n brokes.
