Describe the bug
When trying to login to telegram web on Chrome it is found that the text(button) below the "NEXT" button is not visible(out of the screen) which could be related to the positioning of the elements (styling) on the page. There was no scrolling active as well, however on clicking the country dropdown the text above moves up and it is found that the text(button) below is "log in by QR code". Found this issue on 15.6 inch laptop screen.
It will be much better if all elements are positioned such that they are visible on all screen sizes without this glitch.
The "sign into telegram" screen appears and it is noticed that the issue mentioned above exist.
Click on country dropdown and then click outside of it. This will move the elements a little bit upwards, and then the text(button) underneath the NEXT button becomes visible.
Expected behavior
All elements should be visible within the browser screen or there should be a scroll enabled.
