[BUG] Some videos are still not playing #315

Describe the bug Some videos in channels are not playing even after the workaround for the chrome bug.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to https://t.me/dotdgif/16989
  2. See the exclamation mark, video is not playing.
  3. In the dev console there is a video load error with the message "DEMUXER_ERROR_COULD_NOT_OPEN: FFmpegDemuxer: open context failed"
