[BUG] Escape button on an extrenal keyboard doesn't function in Chromium OS (Edited) #63

Describe the bug To exit all open chats, the Escape key on an external keyboard can be used on Windows in Chrome, but it doesn't respond / do anything in CloudReady (Chromium OS) 94.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Select a chat.
  2. Hit the Escape key on the keyboard.
  3. Nothing happens.

Expected behavior To exit the currently open chat and return to the initial view, like shown below.
