[Feature Request] Add support for reactions #75

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. In the today's update, Telegram added support for reactions. However, those are not available in Telegram Web K.

Describe the solution you'd like Telegram Web K should support reactions. Users should be able both to send reactions and to view the reactions already sent.
