Drawing issues on linux w/ cintiq tablet for both vector and raster levels #31

Issue Summary

Vector and raster drawing are broken in different ways when using a cintiq pro 24 with a linux laptop.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Open a new project / scene
  2. Add a new vector level and draw
  3. Add a new raster level and draw

Expected Results

Brush strokes should paint normally and in realtime as the stylus is moved across the tablet surface.

Actual Results

Vector drawing issue: brush stroke does not appear until stylus is lifted from the cintiq surface.

Raster drawing issues (both regular and Toonz levels): In addition to the brush stroke not showing up until after the stylus is lifted from the cintiq surface, it is severely offset (down and to the left) even though the mouse cursor correctly appears directly beneath the stylus. After a few strokes, the brush tool stops working entirely in the drawing area, although new strokes continue to appear in the Level Strip panes.
